Notebooks, Pens & Other Merchandise

For eligible non-clothing merchandise, such as notebooks, pens, stationery, and similar items, we will assist with items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise have an issue with the order.

You must contact us and submit a request within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

• A replacement or exchange for the same or comparable item;

• A refund when appropriate; or

• Store credit or a coupon toward a future purchase.

If an item must be returned to complete an approved exchange or replacement, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated. Once the returned item is received and reviewed, the approved replacement will be processed.
